Order

How can I place an order?

At beauty-glow.eu you can order products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At every orderable product (whether it is a physical product or a downloadable product) there is an order button available; ‘add to cart’.

 

Checkout:
After you pressed this button, your cart will pop up with an overview of your order and the possible shipping costs. Here you can also apply a coupon code. After this the order can be completed by pressing the button: ‘proceed to checkout’. On the checkout page you need to fill in your personal information which is necessary to handle the payment where you can select multiple payment options. When you press the button ‘place order’, you will be redirected to our secure payment environment or you will receive an email with payment instructions.

Payment

What payment options are available?

Direct payment:
Physical products can be ordered in our webshop. These can be fulfilled via the iDeal/Credit Card payment method directly at checkout. Confirmation upon payment is send immediately where after you receive an invoice in your mailbox.

  • iDEAL: Through our payment service provider Mollie Payments you can choose for the payment method iDEAL. Here during checkout your order will be handled by your own bank. The payment proceeds through a trusted and safe payment environment conform the specific security methods of your own bank.
  • Credit Card: Through our payment service provider Mollie Payments you can choose for the payment method Credit Card. Here during checkout your order will be handled by your own bank. The payment proceeds through a trusted and safe payment environment conform the specific security methods of your own bank.

Pay in advance:
By paying in advance the order is only handled after confirmation of the payment. This will take at least two working days to process.

  • Bank transfer: Through our payment service provider Mollie Payments you can choose for bank transfer. After you transfered the payment and we have confirmed, we will deliver your order.

Paying by invoice:
On request we kan process (large) specific personal orders manually. Contact us through the contactform or by e-mail.

Can I also pay after delivery?

No, this is unfortunately not supported. There are other payment methods available like payment through iDeal, Credit Card and through bank transfer (SEPA).

Delivery

Which delivery options are available?

Depending on the physical products in your order placed before 14:00 uur on mondays to fridays are usually delivered (when payment through for example iDeal is confirmed) the next day. Otherwise your order will be shipped within 24 hours after confirmation of your order.

How much are the shipping costs?

All prices are based on the most recent tables of PostNL. For packages under 10 kilograms there are standard no shipping costs. For additional extra’s there is a surplus price showed at checkout.

To which countries do you send?

We only send to locations within the Netherlands & Belgium where PostNL delivers. For packages under 10 kilograms there are standard no shipping costs. For additional extra’s there is a surplus price showed at checkout.
